应用Application

·ZWZA系列直流电磁鼓式制动器,主要用于电磁吊及各种直流驱动或直流电网的起重、港口装卸及冶金机械中各种机构的减速和停车制动。对于交流驱动的各种起重、港口装卸及冶金机械不推荐使用。

APPLICATION

·ZWZA series DC electromagnetic drum brake is mainly used for electromagnetic liting, lifting of variousDC drive or DC power grid,deceleration and parking brakes of various mechanisms in port handlingand metallurgical machinery.AC-driven lifting,port handling and metallurgical machinery are notrecommended.


符合标准Standards Compliant

·ZWZA系列制动器的安装尺寸和制动力矩参数符合JB/ZQ4386-2006标准。技术要求符合JB/T7685-2006标准。

·Installation dimensions and braking torque parameters of ZWZA series brakes are in accordance withJB/ZQ4386-2006. Technical requirements meet JB/T7685-2006 standards.


使用条件 Operating Condition

·环境温度:-25℃~+40℃

·操作频率小于720c/h

·使用地点的海拔高度不超过2000m

·制动器周围工作环境中不得有易燃、易爆及足以腐蚀金属及破坏绝缘的气体和导电尘埃。

·在空气相对湿度不大于90%的室内或有防雨、雪的装置下使用。

·电源电压:直流DC110V或DC220V,若有特殊要求,请订货时协商确定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃

·Operating frequency less than 720c/h

·The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m

·The working environment around the brake must be free from inflammable, explosivegases and conductive dustsufficient to corrode metals and destroy insulation.

·Used indoors with air relative humidity not more than 90% or under rain or snowprotection devices.

·Power supply voltage:DC110v or DC220V.Please negotiate when ordering ifspecialrequirements are required by users.


主要特点 Main Feature

·制动弹簧在方管内布置并设有标尺,保护弹簧不受损坏和污染。

·主要摆动铰点均设有自润滑轴承,传动效率高,寿命长,使用中无需润滑。

·联锁式退距均等装置,在使用中始终保持两侧瓦块退距均等,避免因退距不均使一侧制动衬垫浮贴制动轮的现象。

·常闭式设计,(断电)弹簧制动,(通电)电磁释放。

MAIN FEATURE

·Enclosed spring tube protects spring from damage and contamination.

·Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing,making high effioiency oftransmission,long ser vice life.Lubricating is unnecessary during operation.

·Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device constantlyequalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary,completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel.

·Brake closes in case of power failure(Fail-Safe Principle). Braking by spring power.Electromagnetic release.
