·YW-P系列制动器的安装尺寸符合DIN15435和JB/T7021-2006标准。

YW-P-A安装尺寸符合GB6333-1986。技术要求符合JB/T6406-2006标准。

主要特点 Main Feature

·主要摆动铰点均设有自润滑轴承，传动效率高，寿命长，在使用中无需润滑。

·联锁式退距均等装置，在使用过程中始终保持两侧瓦块退距均等,避免因退距不均使一侧制动衬垫浮贴制动轮的现象。

·无石棉制动衬垫与制动瓦块采用卡装插入式。安全可靠，更换方便、快捷。

·The main swing hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have hightransmission efficiency, long service life and no lubrication during use.

·Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device constantlyequalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary,completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel.

·Brake lining is of card-mounted and entirely-shaped structure, which is easy and quick toreplace.

·环境温度:-20℃ ~+50℃

·周围工作环境中不得有易燃、易爆及腐蚀性气体，否则应采用防腐型产品。

·相对湿度:空气相对湿度不大于90%

·使用地点的海拔高度符合GB755-2019

·有特殊要求时，在订货时协商确定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -20℃~+50℃

·Flammable, explosive and corrosive gases shall not be allowed in the surrounding workingenvironment, otherwise anti-corrosion products shall be used.

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

·The altitude of the place of use conforms to GB755-2019

·Special requirements can be discussed before production.
