应用Application

·YT1系列电力液压推动器是一种集电机，离心泵，油缸为一体的，结构非常紧凑的驱动控制装置，用作YWZB、YWZs等系列鼓式制动器及盘式制动器的驱动装置，还可用于各种工业阀门、闸门，定向摆动和转动(垂直向上安装)装置(机构)及夹紧装置的驱动控制。

APPLICATION

·YT1series electro-hydraulic thruster is a kind of drive control system, which is very compact in structure,and integrates electrical motor，centrifugal pump and oil cylinder.

It is extensively used as drive mechanism of various YWZB and YWZ3 series drum and disc brakes,drive control of various industrial valves, penstock, directional pendulum and steering (installed upwardvertically) mechanism, and clamping devices as well.

·YT1系列电力液压推动器的绝缘等级为B级，外壳防护等级为IP54。

·The insulation grade of YT1 series electric hydraulic thruster is grade B, and the protection grade of shellis IP54.

使用条件 Operating Condition

·环境温度:-20℃~+45℃时，使用DB-25液压油，使用前需先加注油液。

·空气相对湿度不大手90%。

·使用地点的海拔高度符合GB755-2019标准。

·电源电压:3相、交流380V、50Hz(其它电源等级可按需要定制)

·周围工作环境中没有易燃、易爆及足以腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的气体和尘埃。

·有特殊要求时，在订货时协商确定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -20℃~+45℃,use the DB-25 hydraulic oil,It needs to be filled 

with oil before use.

·Relative humidity: ≤90%

·The altitude of the site is in accordance with the GB755-2019 standard.

·Voltages: AC 3 phase 380V,50Hz ( Other voltage can be made as required )

·There is no inflammable，explosive,corrosive metal and insulation damaging gas and dust in the surrounding working environment.

· Special requirements can be discussed before production.
