应用Application

·JZ系列节能电磁铁鼓式制动器,广泛用于起重、运输、冶金、矿山、港口、码头、建筑机械等机械驱动装置的减速和停车制动。

·JZ系列节能电磁铁鼓式制动器的安装尺寸符合DIN15435和JB/ZQ4388-2006标准。技术要求符合JB/T7685-2006标准。


APPLICATION

·JZ series energy-saving electromagnet drum brake is widely used for deceleration and parking brakingof mechanical driving devicesisuch as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port, wharf, constructionmachinery, etc.

·The installation dimensions of JZseries energy-saving electromagnet drum brake conform to DIN15435and JB/ZQ4388-2006 standards.

The technical requirements conform to JB/T7685-2006 standard.


使用条件 Operating Condition

·环境温度:-25℃~+40℃

·电源电压:交流AC380v、50Hz

·相对湿度:使用地点空气相对湿度不大于90%

·使用地点的海拔高度不超过2000m

·制动器周围环境中,不得有易燃、易爆及足以腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的气体和导电尘埃。

·户外雨雪侵蚀或有腐蚀性气体和介质,应采用防腐型产品。

·有特殊要求时,在订货时协商确定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃

·Voltages: AC380V,5OHz

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

·The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m

·There shall be no inflammable,explosive gas and conductive dust that can corrodemetal and destroy insulation in the environment around the brake.

·Outdoor rain and snow.erosion or corrosive gases and media,should use.anti-corrosion products.

·Special requirements can be discussed before production.


主要特点 Main Feature

·制动器出厂时配备铆接式制动瓦,如需更换卡装式整体成型结构,订货时请注明。

·主要摆动铰点均设有自润滑轴承,传动效率高,寿命长,使用中无需润滑。

·常闭式设计,(断电)弹簧制动,(通电)电磁释放。

MAIN FEATURE

·Our brake is equipped with riveted brake pad, please tell us if you require clamped integral forming structurewhen booking order.

·Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing, making high efficiency of transmission, longser vice life. Lubricating is unnecessary during operation.

·Brake closes in case of power failure(Fail-Safe Principle). Braking by spring power.Electromagnetic release.
