应用Application

·YW-K系列电力液压鼓式制动器，主要用于各类通用桥、门式起重机的大车运行机构的减速制动，也可用于非提升式绞车驱动装置减速制动。

APPLICATION

YW-K series electric hydraulic drum brake is mainly used for deceleration braking of trolley runningmechanism of all kinds of universal bridge and gantry crane,and also for deceleration braking of non-lifting winch drive.

符合标准Standards Compliant

·YW-K系列常开式制动器的连接尺寸和技术要求符合JB/T6406-2006标准，制动力矩参数符合GB6333-86标准。

·配备符合DIN15430标准的Ed系列电力液压推动器。

STANDARDS COMPLIANT

·The dimensions and braking torque parameters of YW-Kseries normal open brakes comply with.JB/T6406-2006 standard and DIN15435 standard.

·They are equipped with Ed series thrusters which comply with DIN15430 standard.

使用条件 Operating Condition

·环境温度:-20℃~+50℃

·周围工作环境中不得有易燃、易爆及腐蚀性气体，否则应采用防腐型产品。

·相对湿度:空气相对湿度不大于90%

·电源电压:3相、交流380V、50Hz(其它电源等级可按需要定制)

·有特殊要求时,在订货时协商确定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient femperature:-20℃~+50℃

·Flammable, explosive and corrosive gases are not allowed in the surrounding working environment,otherwise anti-corrosion products should be used.

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

·Voltages: AC 3 phase 380V,50Hz ( Other voltage can be made as required ). 

·Special requirements can be discussed before production.

主要特点 Main Feature

·性能安全可靠，制动平稳，动作频率高。

·主要摆动铰点均设有自润滑轴承，传动效率高，寿命长，使用中无需润滑。

·联锁式退距均等装置，在使用中始终保持两侧瓦块退距均等，避兔因退距不均使一侧制动衬垫浮贴制动轮的现象。

·制动衬垫为卡装式整体成型结构，更换十分方便、快捷。

·制动弹簧设在方管内布置并设有标尺，保护弹簧不受损坏和污染。

·采用Ed系列推动器配套，动作灵敏，寿命长。

·常开式设计，(通电)推动器制动，(断电)弹簧释放。

MAIN FEATURE

·Safe and reliable performance, smooth braking, high action frequency.

·Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing，making high efficiency oftransmission，long service life.Lubricating is unnecessary during operation.

·Interiocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device constantlyequalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary,completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel.

·Brake lining is of clamped integral forming structure, which is easy and quick to replace.

·Enclosed spring tube protects spring from damage and contamination.

·The Ed series thrusters are characterized by flexible action and long operating life.

·Normally open design，(power on)Braking by thruster,(power off ) spring release.
